Neşe Factory Day Care Center

Private Neşe Factory Day Care Center was built within BALOSB as part of the “My Mother's Job, My Future” project in order to increase women's employment in industry.

In the 2024-2025 academic year, our school continued with 1 responsible director, 1 deputy director, 5 group supervisors, 5 child caregivers, 1 cook and 1 cleaning staff member, with 83 students enrolled. In June, 30 students born in 2019 graduated to begin primary education. Students born in 2021 and 2022 were admitted to replace our graduates, and we continue with 5 classes and 78 students.

Neşe Factory Day Care Center provides education and care between 07:30 and 17:30 during the day.

Throughout the day, Neşe Factory Day Care Center provides age-appropriate activities such as Turkish language activities, mathematics, art, science, music, drama and out-of-school learning activities. In addition to these activities, celebrations are organized for special days and weeks.
